•Effective from 1 September, 2022 till 5 year
Objectives:- a) To support adoption of EV in both personal mobility and public transport segments.
b) To enable creation of a robust network of EV charging station & battery swapping stations catering to all types of EV with focus on clean energy sources.
c) To foster research & development and skill development in the State's electric mobility space.
d) To promote manufacturing of electric vehicles and batteries in the State by providing appropriate incentives under RIPS-2019.
Target : •15 percent of two-wheeler electric vehicles
•30 percent of three-wheeler electric vehicles
•5 percent of four-wheeler electric vehicles
•Phased transition to e-Buses used in routes connecting priority cities
•A target has also been set for the manufacturing of 35 lakh units of electric vehicles per year in the next five years
Incentives for electric vehicles: -• Exemption from Motor Vehicle Tax and Green Tax payable under the Rajasthan Motor Vehicle Taxation Act 1951.
• Exemption from the requirement of permit for carrying passengers or goods.
• SGST reimbursement to all categories of Electric Vehicles.

उद्देश्य:- a) व्यक्तिगत गतिशीलता और सार्वजनिक परिवहन दोनों क्षेत्रों में ईवी को अपनाने का समर्थन करने के लिए
b) स्वच्छ ऊर्जा स्रोतों पर ध्यान देने के साथ सभी प्रकार के ईवी को पूरा करने वाले ईवी चार्जिंग स्टेशन और बैटरी स्वैपिंग स्टेशनों के एक मजबूत नेटवर्क के निर्माण को सक्षम करने के लिए
c) राज्य के इलेक्ट्रिक मोबिलिटी स्पेस में अनुसंधान एवं विकास और कौशल विकास को बढ़ावा देना
d) रिप्स-2019 के तहत उचित प्रोत्साहन देकर राज्य में इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों और बैटरियों के निर्माण को बढ़ावा देना
लक्ष्य :•दोपहिया इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों का 15 प्रतिशत
•तिपहिया इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों का 30 प्रतिशत
•चौपहिया इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों का 5 प्रतिशत
•प्राथमिकता वाले शहरों को जोड़ने वाले मार्गों में उपयोग की जाने वाली ई-बसों में चरणबद्ध परिवर्तन
•अगले पांच वर्षों में प्रति वर्ष 35 लाख यूनिट इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों के निर्माण का भी लक्ष्य रखा गया है
इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों के लिए प्रोत्साहन:- a) राजस्थान मोटर वाहन कराधान अधिनियम 1951 के तहत देय मोटर वाहन कर और ग्रीन टैक्स से छूट
b) यात्रियों या सामानों को ले जाने के लिए परमिट की आवश्यकता से छूट
c) इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों की सभी श्रेणियों के लिए एसजीएसटी प्रतिपूर्ति
